New Village Gateway Signs

The Wye Valley Villages Improvement Plan 2022 set out a number of projects including village signs, the purpose of which was to provide a cohesive and unifying gateway to each of the Wye Valley villages: St Arvans, Tintern, Llandogo, Devauden, Trellech, Llanishen, Penallt, Catbrook and The Narth.

The signs were designed and produced by a local Monmouth company and incorporate the AONB logo and an image representing something of local relevance for each village – in the case of St Arvans, the Fountain. We are grateful for the grant funding from the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which made this project possible.
